Zano Monthly Project Update #2 - November 2024
Welcome zAnons to the Second Zano Project Update!
The main highlight of November was our participation in Monerotopia. It was fantastic to meet many of you there and introduce new folks to the Zano ecosystem. We're excited about the interest shown not only in using but also in building on Zano. Let's dive into this and more!
Community Member of the Month
First, big congrats to Monero Matteo for earning November's award! His insights on Zano and his enthusiasm have been invaluable. His latest entry in our #BuildWithZano contest stood out, earning him first place and the exclusive alias @Matt! We are fortunate to have him in the community and appreciate the creativity and dedication he puts towards Zano. Well done, Matteo!
Zano Fact #1: Did you know? Ionic Swaps are an improvement of atomic swaps, unlike them, which can be abandoned by only one party, Ionic Swaps allow both parties to back out at any time in the event of price fluctuations, now it's fair!

Secure Your Wealth with Kaurma: The Future of Gold-Backed Digital Currency
During MoneroTopia, Aaron Day announced that he is planning to launch a gold-backed stablecoin on Zano. Let's dive into Kaurma a bit more!
Introducing Kaurma, a revolutionary privacy stablecoin launching on Zano in 2025. Each token is fully backed by physical gold and stored in a distributed network of secure vaults across multiple jurisdictions. Unlike traditional stablecoins, Kaurma combines the stability of gold with blockchain privacy features - and yes, you can redeem your tokens for physical gold whenever you choose.
Early adopters can capitalize on the growing demand for privacy-focused, gold-backed digital assets. Don't miss the opportunity to be part of the future of decentralized finance.
